At Myanmar me and my family had a puppy and his name was melone




Last year when we were at Myanmar we went to a temple the temple it was on a high mountain




then we slept there and we went home and also went to another temple and the temple

Glowed at night.

We also went to different temples then we went all the way home and at night my puppy tried biting me then i woke up and suddenly my puppy bit me right when I woke up and he bit me again,again



Then we went to my grandpa’s house we brang our pup but our grandpa’s fought him and he cried for help

MELU

Melu has always been different while other mules stubbornly clip clop around the sun baked hills melu dream of swimming

in the glittering green sea below




But it will take more than stubbornness for Melu to reach the green glittering sea.





I like the part when melu makes new friends because they all work together to reach the green glittering sea.

THE RHINO RAMPAGE By Zaw Min Oo and Hein

THE RHINO RAMPAGE

One day two brothers called Michael and Ethan was at their house with their mum. Ethan was 9 and Michael was 8. They lived in a wonderful country with lots of animals and tribes, it was AFRICA. When they were eating breakfast they heard the rhinos stomping. Michael had one rhino and Ethan had two. They went outside and saw them running away from his house to attack the tribe. He didn’t know what to do, so he chased them. They ran far away from home and went to a tribe. Michael knew it was too dangerous to go to the tribes. He heard people talking about the tribes. When the rhinos got there the tribes started to shoot their arrows. They crawled to a bush and watched their rhinos running away. They chased their rhinos and then they hopped on on of the rhinos but Michael couldn’t catch up so he turned the rhino around and Michael jumped on. Then they got home safely with all their rhinos. They made the rhinos cage even stronger so the rhinos couldn’t bust through the cage

I saw a mouse in the distance

I saw some smog from cars and chimneys  

I heard some young owls hooting

I heard lots of cars and kids shouting

I smelt the remains of a dead fish  

I smelt smoke from people’s chimneys

I tasted my owners dinner    

I tasted my fur and it was disgusting

I wondered if the owls will stop hooting

I wondered if i will ever catch  a mouse or maybe mice….

Acid Rain

          Acid rain  

I was a young boy named Adam. One day Adam and his family were outside to have a walk to a cruise.

First we got there in time but then it started raining acid.  It didn’t burn the boat because the boat was made out of titanium.

Adam was 6 when he touched the acid rain his hand sucked the acid and he could squirt acid. It almost burned a ninja on the boat.

He discovered that his hand could suck things and blast it out of his hand. Suddenly Adam fell down and he fell on an umbrella and floated away.

pak'n'save

 at pak'n save we went to lots of aisles we look at bread and dairy products ingredients. We looked at snacks,muesli bars. we wrote down different color
fruit and veges. Suddenly it was raining. then we had to go in the rain all the way to school and the rain stopped and we had to walk for a long time

The dragon’s eye

I was a ninja and my name was Adam. he hunted for prey, then I saw a cow. suddenly the cow ran into a bush and I heard a terrible  noise. someone ate the cow! the cow was mooing hard out. He was covered in blood and struggled and died! I had a samurai sword. Then  I jump out of the

  Bush and saw a great big mouth and it was bloody and there was fire that came from the mouth. It was a baby dragon. i named it toothless because he could retract his teeth. Sometimes he blew purple fire out and i found more dragons and gave them to my  friends and they flew far places and had fun.

How to survive the frozen

One day a man named Adam went on a cruise. Adam was the best survivor and he was a young soldier. he was trying to find another young soldier who was lost in battle. Somehow the rest of  the sea was frozen but on the side was snow and he could see soldiers stuck in the snow then the cruise accidentally crash into the ice. Then the  ship began to sink so Adam  jump onto the ice the he started to slip into the snow then he met another young soldier named Tim. Then they helped the other soldiers ,  after that they made a raft and went home. The end!

One day we had to write a narrative this my story.

Once there was a boy name early and bright and he lived in Alaska.

He always played rough he kills animals. then one day the animal's ghost punished him. Then he never played rough again then after that his goal was to travel around the world and he met lots of new people. 

Then he became a scientist! He visited lots of places around the world.

healthy choices

in the past week we been learning about  healthy choices and money with the relievers we been looking into countdown paper and cutting  the things we wanted to buy. We had to partner up my partner was Hein we bought apples, oranges and Greek salad we also bought potatoes so this is why we bought them  we bought apples so we could have them as a snack and we  bought oranges because oranges give you vitamin c and vitamin c protects you from diseases in the winter

student led conference

On Wednesday 25th of July me and  mum and my sister went to school to do student led conference we started with my sister. After we had to fill in a survey. We didn't have any idea what to do. After we had to do another survey and we have to do one more.Then I had  to write everything on the chrome book.In the survey my mum had to pick what school was I in, then she had to answer some more questions. I felt great being able to explain to my mum what we had been doing in class and It was hard explaining it

Reflection for Ms Wrack

We made games on scratch and it was really fun I made a lot of games well some of them worked and some didn't.
I like making games on scratch because it was a little bit complicated and hard to make and we could be creative and make anything we wanted to make.
I was frustrated because it  toke a long time to make them and some of them didn't work  and it took a long time to make them.
I want to make more games on scratch and I want to make them more interesting so people would play them and I want to make people like my games. my goal on scratch is to make my games popular but I can't share anything on scratch. 

learning about dogs

 always ask the owner before you touch, the dog.these are places you can touch the dog, the back and sides because, when they want to bite you.you can take your hand away, because dogs can not bite you on there back and side that fast.  here is another tip if a dog comes running towards you stand like a tree and fold your are til they touch elbows. our class learnt this from people who had dogs there names, were Nick and Michelle. there dogs names were Fregie and chase.  we had to stand still like a  tree and look at, our feet to avoid contact with the dogs eye. if  you look straight at the dogs eye, it will think you, are a threat and might bark or attack

Christchurch tram back on track

a earthquake happened to a tram in  Christchurch in 2011 there gonna fix the road and fix broken pipes  the tram would be able to run around the whole town and passenger could go around the town

We had to work in a group and this is what we thought our airplane will not fly that far because I think because of the weight. Then we had a challenge of with airplane went the furthest and we lost. Our paper airplane only flew a short distance and then crashed to the ground. I didn't have that much fun because our paper airplane fly that far.

making playdough

you will need  the   Ingredients

#1. One and a half cup of salt.

#2. One and a half tablespoons of cooking oil.

#3Three cups of cream of tartar.

#4 Three cups of boiling water.

#5 Three cups of flour.

This is how to make it

Then mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Then add the flour  into a big bowl if to sticky add more flour then knead the playdough. Then after you can colour your playdough. At the end you can play with your playdough and do whatever with it.

Positive choices we can make in the community are picking up litter. Pick to eat healthy food, only eat cheap unhealthy food sometimes. Showing respect to everybody.

Bigfoot Cycling.

On Wednesday we went cycling with big foot cycling. We got taught by Claire, Jayden and Sarah. We learnt about what clothes to wear like having to wear bright colour shirts. Then we rode our bikes. We played on our bikes and others learnt to ride a bike. Before you start you have to do the 4 point check: 1. red rear reflector 2. brakes 3. the tyres 4. quick release levers . You have to check this whenever you ride your bike.

Feeding Elephants

When I was at Myanmar I went to the zoo and saw a lot of animals I rode a paddle boat my uncle paddle the boat for me . After we finish we went look at the animals  when we  got to the Elephants we feed the Elephants sugar cane I was scared I dropped the sugar cane and then I pick it back up gave it the Elephants.Then we went then went to the airport go back to New Zealand.
